The Moravian Care Foundation, which supports the mission of Auburn Homes & Services, is pleased to announce that Auburn Homes & Services has been selected by the Chaska Rotary to be the recipient of $25,000 from their annual gala. The proceeds will go towards improvements to the outdoor courtyard of Auburn Homes & Services' Chaska campus. The proposed outdoor courtyard improvements include wider sidewalks and gathering areas, an open air pavilion, a water feature, and added garden areas. Stay tuned for further information on the Outdoor Courtyard campaign, which will include a drawing of the proposed improvements and ways you can support the campaign.
By donating to Auburn Homes and Services you share in our mission to provide care, service and ministry to the elderly, many of whom suffer from Alzheimer's or other dementia. How Far Will Your Donation Go?
Sponsor a Music Program — A donation of $75.00 or more will provide an entertainer for residents to enjoy. As a sponsor of the music program we will place your name on our monthly calendar on the day of the activity. $20.00 will take a resident on an outing. A donation of $75.00 would purchase a wheelchair poncho for a resident. Occasionally residents take a trip and the weather turns cold. A wheelchair poncho made of double layer fleece could be used by individuals who have a hard time wearing a coat. $120 would purchase a Homestretch Derby Horseracing Game for residents. Your Support
Moravian Care Foundation's fiscal support enables the Auburn Homes and Services in carrying out its mission of providing care, service and ministry for the elderly through a partnership of staff, residents, families, volunteers, churches, and the community. Auburn Homes and Services is a community-based organization, specializing in care and service to the aging population in the communities we serve. Affiliated with the Moravian Church in America, non-sectarian care and service is provided to all individuals in our community that desire to receive their care or service from a Christian environment/organization. Moravian Care Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Services as a 501(c)(3) organization. Gifts are tax deductible as provided under regulations. Auburn Homes & Services Wine
Jesus turned the water into good wine. In turn, Auburn Homes & Services has some of its own good wine to offer — Chardonnay, Cabernet Savignon, Merlot, and California Champagne to be exact. Special bottles of Auburn Homes & Services wines are available for purchase at the Dolce Vita Wine Shop in Chaska (located on the corner of Chaska Blvd. & Hwy. 41). The cost is $15 per bottle. Proceeds from the purchases go to benefit Auburn Homes & Services.
